Best costumer service ever!
I love love love this company!!! I order these sunglasses, including the blue light lenses as well. They were great and I loved that they were multifunctional, eco-friendly, and super cute too. Unfortunately, after changing the lenses out, the glasses snapped in half and I was super bummed. On the other hand, it was nice to throw them in the compost rather than the trash! I thought to reach out to customer service to see if there was any kind of replacement policy in place but was ready to accept the defeat that I just broke my glasses. After speaking with Alex Nielson, a customer experience specialist, they offered to send out a replacement in exchange for a photo to prove the damage and be able to see where the glasses might be flawed. I had explained that I had already thrown them out this morning before leaving for work and there wasn't a way to get a photo for them. I totally understood if they couldn't get me a replacement without a photo, but Alex went ahead and said they would take my word for it this time and get out a replacement. I was shocked by this kind of personal customer care. This company obviously cares for its customers and it was so refreshing to be treated like a real human being and get my money's worth with this product. I see no reason why I would ever get cool shades from any other company, fantastic experience, highly recommend Pela!!
